Katherine Grady has been in the administrative field for over 10 years. She has worked in many industries including Healthcare, Technology, and Academia. She is a proud member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), American Society of Administrative Professionals, and Project Management Institute’s Southern Maryland Chapter along with being selected to serve on IAAP’s DEI Board.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Physical Activity. Her passion for public health stems from her own experiences and from working with wounded soldiers at Fort Huachuca. In addition she hold professional certificate in Project Management (PMP) and Certified Administrative Professional (CAP).
She lives in Edgewater, MD, by the water with her husband and daughter, who recently started her first year of college. She has a passion for animals and owns two dogs, a Vizsla named “Alita” and a Weimaraner named “Tress.” In her free time, Katherine is a regular volunteer with service dogs as part of Warrior Canine Connection and often fundraises for organizations like American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, To Write Love on Her Arms, and National Alliance for Mental Health.
